Answers

1. When are visiting hours?

Visiting hours are between 2:30pm and 8:00 pm. Visiting hours may be adjusted in special circumstances.

2. Can family members participate in client care?

With appropriate consent, Adult Rehabilitation welcomes and encourages family involvement in the treatment planning and ongoing support of the client.

3. How do I find out about how my friend or family member is doing?

In order for any information to be released to family or friends, the client must be agreeable and sign a consent. Inquiries should be directed to the Adult Rehabilitation clinical team members.

4. Are there items I should bring to the service if I am going to be an inpatient?

Clients should bring their personal care items that will be needed during hospitalization. We recommend that valuables such as jewellery, credit cards or cash be left at home or with a family member.

5. What else do I need to know about using this service?

On admission all clients are given a brochure which will answer most questions you may have about our service. Clinical team members will also be available to the client to assist with your orientation to the program.
