Who we are?
We are a group of mental health care professionals, often referred to, as "disciplines" who are trained to provide assessment and treatment to clients with a serious and persistent mental illness.
Based on the needs of the client, any or all of the following disciplines may be involved in treatment

- Psychiatric Nursing
- Nurse Practitioner
- Psychology
- Social Work
- Occupational Therapy
- Vocational Rehabilitation
- Recreation Therapy
- Dietitian
- Anishinabe Spiritual Care
- Spiritual Care
Mental Health Outpatient Programs teams work in partnership with individuals and/or their support systems to
- Identify issues that create barriers to living productive and satisfying lives
- Develop effective treatment plans to address these barriers
- Access resources within the mental health system and in the community at large to support mental health
