How to access our services?
Mental Health Outpatient Programs(MHOP) are open Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. Appointments during the lunch period or after 4:30 pm are arranged on an individual basis with your therapist. MHOP is closed each day from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm, on the weekends and all statutory holidays.
Referrals are accepted from individual clients, physicians, family members and community agencies. If the referral is not from a family doctor, the doctor should be aware of the referral since the client will be registered to MHOP under the family doctor. Clients without a family doctor will be registered under the nurse practitioner and will see the NP at least once for an assessment.
