Program: Personal Development Program
Length: Eight Sessions
Time: One and half hours once or twice a week
Wellness is the integration of body, mind and spirit - the appreciation that everything you do, think, feel and believe has an impact on your state of health. Using the two key principles of self-responsibility and love, individuals can choose to design a lifestyle to achieve their highest potential for well being.
This course is designed to help participants reflect on the role that wellness plays across the various dimensions of their lives - physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. Through education and self-awareness, participants can examine their current lifestyle, find out what is working and what is not, and explore options for moving them towards high level wellness.
