Rationale
This course is designed to introduce clients to alternative perspectives of life and lifestyles. It is intended for individuals who may be unhappy or unsatisfied with their current attitude about life or their lifestyle and are interested in exploring alternative philosophies and life paths. This course will borrow from psychologies, philosophies and spiritualities of both western and eastern origin and will use teaching, music, poetry, improv/drama, and meditative practices as some of the means of exploration. This course will require participants to be actively involved with various exercises, particularly those involving improve and drama. If this scares you and you have difficulties with being the centre of attention, looking foolish or making mistakes, this course is especially for you.
Objectives
The course is designed to reduce overall stress and increase general well being through the discovery and implementation of life attitudes and behaviours more reflective of one's inner desires and nature.
