Specialized Services
This is a 28 bed inpatient program located on the 4th floor of St. Joseph's Hospital. It is designed for clients who have chronic diseases, but their condition has stabilized and requires interprofessional care. Four beds on this unit are designated for chronic wound clients and one bed is for lymphedema clients. The goal of this program is to improve clients' health and functional status so that they can have their needs met in the community or a long-term care home.
