Day Hospital
Day Hospital is a structured inter-professional day service for person 60 years of age or older requiring treatment and rehabilitation. This holistic program focuses on improving the client's physical, spiritual, emotional, mental and social well being. Clients must be referred and medically managed by a physician while in the program.
These services are divided into Specialized Senior Services and Community Services. The Specialized Senior services are offered on the 5th floor on 35 N. Algoma Street and all other services are available on the main floor on the same site. Please get directions at our Central Registration Desk on the main floor beside the elevators.
