Hospice/ Palliative Care
Our 32 bed unit is located on the 4th floor of St. Joseph's Hospital. There are two types of admission to the unit; pain and symptom management with the goal to return home and quality end of life care which may be short or long term. We provide holistic, interprofessional care for our clients and their significant other(s).

Pain Management Program
Interdisciplinary, time limited, goal oriented approach to enable clients with chronic pain to enhance their ability to function in all aspects of their lives. Clients participate in assessments, individual and group education and therapy sessions which focus on maintaining and or improving physical, psychological, behavioural, recreational, and vocational skills.
