Benny Birch is the mascot of St. Joseph's Heritage. Every June we celebrate his birthday and invite everyone! We have lots of great food, fun games, and local entertainment plus the Chippewa Park rides and Wildlife Park. There’s something for the whole family! Local service clubs and charities, artisans and vendors help us raise money by selling everything from candy floss and hot dogs to crafts. Organizations share their profits to support Bethammi Nursing Home.
In 2009, Benny will be celebrating his 28th birthday on June 12, 13 & 14th at Chippewa Park. You can be part of this party in 1 or 2 ways:
- Get your group or club to take a booth at the party – raise funds for your own project and at the same time, help St. Joseph’s Foundation raise money for Bethammi Nursing Home.
- Volunteer to help
- Friday, June 12th - 5pm to 9pm
- Saturday, June 13th - 10am to 8pm
- Sunday, June 14th - 10am to 5pm
- General Admission: $2.50
- Senior 60+: $1.00
- Children 3 years and under: FREE
- Special Early Bird Rate: Saturday & Sunday 10am - 12 noon only $1.00
