To support decision making of SJCG administration, we completed a comprehensive assessment of responsive behaviours in a variety of St. Joseph's Care Group sites.

For this this project we examined the housing needs of inpatients at Lakehead Psychiatric Hospital to support leadership decision making.

To support the client-centered care provided at SJCG, we worked with senior administration to examine outpatient satisfaction with services provided by St. Joseph's Care Group.

Re-activation Unit Satisfaction Survey

We assisted staff in developing a client satisfaction survey for their unit.

Recovery Knowledge amongst Leadership, Management, and Front-Line Staff in Mental Health and Addictions

Working with the psycho-social rehabilitation co-ordinator, we completed a survey for staff to examine their knowledge of psycho-social rehabilitation principles.

Speech Language Pathologists (SLP) Program Evaluation

We worked with speech language pathologists to analyzed SLP assessments of Senior Kindergarten children enrolled in the local school board.

Transition from a team nursing model to a primary care model: Nurses' evaluation of their work environment

We examined the experiences of registered nurses (RN) and registered practical nurses (RPN) on the Transition Unit at St. Joseph's Hospital after the implementation of the full scope of RPN practice.
