Coordinators, Clinical Education are nurse educators who provide clinical education to specific nursing care units. Employees in these positions have advanced nursing qualifications as well as specialized clinical education.
Coordinators, Learning & Professional Practice have advanced qualifications in education or healthcare professions. Coordinators facilitate comprehensive corporate learning activities including the Learning Management System (LMS), and provide consultation and leadership on clinical and professional practice issues/standards across multiple sites of St. Joseph's Care Group.
Learning/Telehealth Facilitators have specialized skills in technological solutions and specific certifications in health and safety. Facilitators organize videoconferencing for educational, clinical and administrative events, provide mandatory corporate-wide training and administer the LMS.
Administrative Staff
Administrative staff consists of the manager and secretary.
The Manager - Learning, Research & Professional Practice is a regulated health professional with advanced qualifications in a health profession and management field. The Manager provides overall direction for the work of Learning and Professional Practice, Library Services and Research Department.
The Secretary possesses advanced computer and administrative skills. The secretary administers the workload measurement system as well as providing clerical and project support to the manager and L&PP staff.
