The Leadership Team Report is a monthly publication that communicates Care Group accomplishments as they pertain to the five strategic priorities outlined in our 2007-2011 Strategic Plan. The Report is presented to members of the Board at their monthly meetings, and shared with staff and the general public via postings to our intranet and this web site. Annual Report
Accessibility Plan
The Ontarians with Disabilities Act, requires that all hospitals prepare an annual accessibility plan, with input from persons with disabilities, and that the plan be made public.
The plan describes the measures that St. Joseph's Care Group has taken in the past year and the measures that will be taken during the next year to identify, remove and prevent barriers to people with disabilities. Individuals with disabilities include those who live, work or use the facilities and services at St. Joseph's Care Group.
Community Report
The Community Report is published to inform and educate the public about our programs and services and to promote and showcase St. Joseph's Care Group within Northwestern Ontario. SJCG's Community Report is circulated in June to 88,000 homes and businesses in Thunder Bay and Region.
